This is following the same arc as basically every democrat “conspiracy theory” from the last 5 or 6 years..

Stage 1: it didn’t happen, just another conspiracy theory

Stage 2: it happened but it’s not what you think

Stage 3: it’s what you think but why does it matter (this is accompanied by the accusations of racism, transphobia, vaccine denial, maga lover, etc… etc…)

Stage 4: social media and left wing news sites memory hole everything associated with stage 1 and stage 2 (so many examples of this- my personal fave is get vaccinated and it stops the spread) and act like they had acknowledged the initial issue from stage 1 all along and anyone who calls them on it is accused of all the things outlined in stage 3.

If you look at the questioning of those two, the defense attorney's walked them both right into the trap. They asked every which way about phone records collaborating their stories about the timelines of the relationship. It's now apparent that the defense had those in their possession the whole time.

My only question is whether that judge has the yarbles to do the right thing.

Play stupid games….

I thought I read somewhere (I think in YouTube comments of Megan’s piece) that this judge donated $$ to Fani’s campaign. No ideas if that’s true or how much. Probably not enough for him to fall on sword for her.

Lots of fun to see these unjust persecutors have tables turned on them.

Agreed it’s called Karma. Like Megyn Kelly said, let’s not get too far over our skis but this is pretty compelling.

"Ok, so we lied about our relationship. Big deal. Everybody lies about sex. Why are these prudish Republicans so interested in the sex lives of strong Black Women like me?"

According to Holloway if the judge determines a witness has lied he is entitled to disbelieve all of their testimony as they have perpetrated fraud on the court. Lying under oath is a big deal.

“Lying under oath is a big deal…unless you’re a Democrat and the trial is in DC, NY or CA”.

There, I fixed it for ya!

This of course is the problem. I think everyone knows that Wade and Willis are lying. But I think the judge is actually afraid of the consequences of holding a powerful black woman accountable in Atlanta. We shall see.

It remains to be seen. I’m eternally hopeful, justice will be served. By the way, this particularly matter is taking place in Georgia. 😂

Another bastion of judicial justice, it seems. Not unlike my own in Austin, Tx!

Let's not forget Fulton County/Atlanta is about as Georgia as Austin is Texas.

I realize that. I was just being sarcastic. I'm just projecting what the next line of defense will be.

I wonder how that affects the four plea deals that have been made?

How one conducts their sex life impacts all areas. A woman who knowingly sleeps with a married man has shown she has no boundaries in order to facilitate damage to another’s marriage. And a cheating man also can’t be trusted. Morals matter. As J.R. Ewing from the old tv show Dallas said, “Once you give up your personal integrity, the rest is a piece of cake”. Sin doesn’t stand still.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting over the stupidity of these two, Wade and Willis. She's a freaking DA. She knows what cops can do with cellphone information. Did neither of them think someone might not get ahold of their cellphone records? What do you even make of this level of what? Entitlement? Idiocy?

ATLANTA is the answer.

Don't know exactly what tech was used for the cell records but geo-fencing records can simply be purchased from the providers. That is exactly what the 2000 Mules producers did, In Atlanta as I recall. Not sure if this was in the movie, as I didn't watch it but it is most definitely in the book. If they did use geo-fencing, they will have a record of everyone who was there. :>)

Televising the hearing doomed Fani Willis's case. It will not be heard in Atlanta--jury pool has been tainted.

So, if phone records were to reflect that you were making phone calls from the same location as a condo before November 1st of 2021, and it was on multiple occasions, the phone records would be wrong?” Sadow followed up.

“They’d be wrong,” Wade answered.

Damn! even Wade’s telephone is racist, making all those calls and text messages up!

Bombshell New Evidence Shows Fani Willis and Nathan Wade May Have Lied Under Oath, w/ Phil Holloway

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eu6y6wMbMBo&t=1397s

Megyn Kelly is joined by Phil Holloway, founder of Holloway Law Group, to talk about the bombshell new report about phone records showing Nathan Wade spending time at Fani Willis’ condo much more than they originally said, evidence of thousands of texts between Willis and Wade, how the new information shows Willis and Wade may have lied under oath, exactly what Willis and Wade said last week under oath, how Willis may attempt to counter the evidence, whether Willis and Wade could be disbarred or worse, whether there’s even more evidence, the questionable evidence of cell phone “pings,” and more.

The biggest story here is Catherine Herridge. It's big for all of us. It's big for Sasha. How many of us are going to stand by Catherine, support Catherine? When Sasha gets the knock on her door how many of us will be too worried about what they've got on us.

If the President falls...if Catherine falls...if anything happens to Tucker...our children or grandchildren will never know freedom.

I’d put money on Oppenheimer winning it all because this is part of making a certain group heroes.

He wasn’t such a bad guy for building a bomb that could wipe out thousands at a time and open a portal to the lower astral realms, was he?

Someone who saw the movie said that Oppenheimer was 😔 because his work was used to kill people.

Spare me.

That’s like giving a gun to a child and then saying you had hoped he would use it for good.

Yeah, these N’s were the good guys and it was a great idea to save them from what they’d done ‘over there’ to a whole lot of innocent people.

Our country hasn’t been the same since importing these sociopaths, who let the ordinary soldiers pay for the crimes these N’s had committed.

With the jury pool tainted the defense attorney Merchant will likely request the trial be moved a different venue (change of venue petition). Judge McAfee will be hard pressed to deny her request. This will spell the end of the RICO case there will be no takers in Georgia.

I don't see judge in this case--McAfee as particularly biased--still it likely will not be his decision alone. If the trial in not moved it will be ripe for retrial. either way the co-defendants won't face trial in any timely manner--so no judgment this year.
