Garland's son in law is founder of Panorama, an insidious software company that harvests data on schoolkids' emotions. That is why he sends the FBI after parents who object to the CRT/DEI/trans grooming.

You got your satire going on, Sasha. Puts everything in perspective and the truth is so near it hurts. At the beginning of your piece, I thought I was going to fall out of my chair laughing at Garland repeatedly saying, "As you know, I take my job very seriously, and I can’t comment .... blah, blah, blah," but by the end I was crying over the absurdity of it all -- is this really what brings America down?

The FBI raid on Trump's home is "Russiagate 2 - The Special Edition". What it allows the MSM to do is engage in endless speculation about Trump's (yet to be proven) crimes. It is obviously designed to keep him front and center in the public's mind as a (yet to be proven) criminal who is the head of the opposition party, all of who are ipso facto guilty (or at least less than mentally fit) by association and therefore dangerous.

Never mind bringing actual charges; that would require irrefutable proof of criminal activity. No, it is far more effective to keep his (yet to be proven) crimes in the realm of speculation, where pretty much anything goes (He's selling nuclear secrets to the Russians! He's hiding documents that prove he lead the "insurrection"!).

What this further accomplishes is to keep the spotlight off of the abject failure of the Democratic Party to deliver anything but misery to the American people - indeed, the same MSM is now crowing about how Biden is "winning":

"Images of Biden as a feeble septuagenarian atop a mismanaged White House have given way to those of an experienced leader, smiling behind aviator sunglasses, whose battle-tested team has delivered on a range of national priorities. A winning streak does that for you."

I grew up as a liberal Democrat in the FDR/JFK/RFK tradition. Today's Democratic Party is about as illiberal as it can possibly be. They spout claptrap about "combating misinformation" to justify blatant censorship. They promote demonstrably idiotic ideas about the most fundamental biological reality there is and denounce anyone who doesn't embrace the lunacy of "pregnant people" or "preferred pronouns" as [insert nasty epithet here]. They bloviate about "a woman's right to choose" even as they cannot tell you what is a woman - and BTW that "right to choose" doesn't extend to being injected with Big Pharma's experimental gene therapy now suddenly labeled a "vaccine".

As far as the whole Trump thing, I cannot even discuss it unless the other person is at least willing to admit to the Russiagate hoax. It's clear to any fair-minded person that the Dems were out to get Trump from day one of his presidency and had no problemo concocting this huge scam as the MSM constantly speculated about the POTUS being a Russian agent(!). I mean, this was unprecedented! All of the subsequent malarkey (impeachments, Jan 6) have fallen flat. So now we get the next chapter in this never ending saga.

I never thought I'd live to see the day when the Democratic Party would become jack-booted thugs and intellectual midgets. How far we have fallen since Bobby Kennedy spoke so eloquently that it brought tears to my eyes. The tears I now shed are for a wholly different reason.

I always wondered what was the real reason that McConnell went hardcore on Garland's nomination, as the chances of fucking it up were pretty high. I am now pretty sure he knew what a POS he was, and how damaging that could be to the court.

And if Cocaine Mitch thought that about someone, you know its bad.

Putin regime filed bogus charges against a potential presidential election opponent, raided his office, poisoned him with a nerve agent, and eventually jailed him. Will the nerve agent be included in the American remake?

“No one is above the law!” - screeched the Nazis as they followed through on the laws they enacted as the “final solution”. They were carefully following the law, you see, and certainly no one was above the law.
