"You can’t tell me if it had been Democratic activists who had breached the Capitol, they would have been treated the same way."

Well, no. Because Democratic activists DID breach the Capitol in Oct. 2018 to stop the Senate from confirming Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. None faced charges of interfering with Congress; simple trespass was the worst, and most had charges dismissed. The media proudly told us that "This is what democracy looks like."

Thanks for providing a well written, sober account of the political malfeasance that has occurred over the past few years. It is a welcome counterbalance to the January 6 kangaroo court which is being reverently aired by CNN et al.

Excellent article. My feeling is that , at this point, most Americans have just tuned out the whole Democratic dumpster fire. That they are insisting on this staged show trial shows everybody AGAIN just how dangerous and corrupt they really are. People are just marking time until Election Day, just making the best of a truly pathetic national situation. Very few expected the leadership of the United States to fall so far, and so fast—and with such toxic contempt for ordinary Americans

Thanks for summing it all up. This is brilliant and pretty much complete. I'm a working class kid of 70 years who married/educated myself into the elite class, and I'm using this to explain everything these people do not know to them.

It is natural to feel contempt for those who make it clear that they hold you in contempt. For those who would rule us while holding us in contempt, this is inconceivable. Inigo Montoya smiles, and here are, America. We are at the end of something, and the next step is as unclear as it has ever been in our history.

I hope God still cares about the United States of America. We will soon find out.
