A Federal Grand Jury has indicted Daniel Penny for taking action on a subway car to protect other passengers from what he believed was a dangerous threat - Jordan Neely screaming into the face of women and children that he would kill them.
He described in detail what happened:
This case sent so many of the elites mostly into an agonizing spiral of guilt and fear - it had to be racism because what else could it possibly be? Most people I know probably believe that. I would imagine all of my former Facebook friends wrote status updates doing just that. But people who ride the subway daily in New York, and most of those on the train with him, have seemed to side with Penny.
Penny will have countless witnesses who tell the truth about what happened on that subway car, how scared they were, and how relieved they were that Penny and others stepped in. The sad irony is that he used a method of restraint he believed would not harm Neely. Ultimately, though, he did what Marines are trained to do: put his life on the line to protect others.
The media has taken the side they know their viewers want - that it was all about race and that he deliberately tried to cause him harm. This entire report, for instance, defends the mayor, defends the city, and lays all of the blame at the feet of Daniel Penny. They find the one subway rider who thought he only restrained him because was “poor and Black.”
This is news in New York:
That tells me it’s unlikely he will get a fair trial. They all know what will happen if he is exonerated.
I'm heartbroken to say this, but I believe that fair trials are no longer to be expected in ANY circumstance.
A fair trial adheres to the written law. It judges the specific actions of the accused against the standards set by the actual law, regardless of that person's coincidental sex, race, age, socioeconomic status, political or religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or any other extraneous fact. A fair trial assesses the case before it on its merit, without fear of social, financial or legal reprisal. A fair trial is conducted in a controlled environment (typically a courtroom,) not on social media. The advocates in a fair trial are the lawyers representing the parties - not anonymous brainwashed epithet chanting trolls sitting behind an opaque computer screen.
None of this happens anymore. What was once a foundational pillar of our society has been decimated by billionaire cliques, whispering campaigns, bought-and-paid for lies from our highest office holders and their uber-wealthy donors. There are no impartial judges, prosecutors, investigators, lawyers, juries. There is a "right" (left) answer for everything, and buckle up if you dare even look the demon in the eyes.
Ami Horowitz interviews black protestors in Minneapolis before the Chauvin verdict and asks if they condemn people who want to burn the city down if Chauvin is acquitted. They say “no.” Should the judicial system be eliminated? “Yes.” How many unarmed black people were killed by cops last year? “Thousands! A genocide against black people!” Do we need another civil war now? “Yes!” What percentage of this country are white supremacists? “Most are.” Should white supremacists be killed? “That would be ideal.”
Where did these people learn this poison? From our criminally insane, predominantly white leftist, upper class, globalist, ruling class in the Democratic Party, Corporate America, Academia, Hollywood, BigTech and msm. Does America even still exist as a country? Sure doesn’t seem that it does. A society needs at least some degree of cohesion and trust to be a country. We have none.
“How Blatant Anti-White Racism Won Acceptance in Elite America.”
After 35 years on the Upper West Side of NYC we moved out - tired of people sleeping on the street, dudes poking their penises out and taking a pee wherever, whenever, trash, filth, empty store fronts, dishonest government- they are all just clowns 🤡
The guarantees in the Bill of Rights are being ignored. Amendments 4, 5, and 6 are being waved aside as if they don't exist. People are tried by the media on international TV.
Jordan Neely was a disturbed man who should have been already locked up for many of the 41 crimes previously arrested for in NYC. Daniel Penny protected many by stepping up and stopping Neely from harming the other passengers. His death falls on the DA for never doing his job and properly addressing Neely’s crimes and mental health. If a jury listens to the victims assaulted by Neely and still find Penny guilty, there’s no hope for NYC. This will give thugs free rein to intimidate and harm.
The only thing that gives me hope of a fair trial is the fact that Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted in Wisconsin. The media would cover that trial as if they didn't hear all the evidence that was presented that clearly showed that he acted in self defense. They stuck with their preconceived notion that he purposely went there to kill black people rioting, then were "shocked" that he was acquitted. It's easy to be disheartened when you see the media coverage, some of the media, anyway. I listened to Judge Jeanine Pirro on the five and thought, maybe, there are some in NYC that are lucid and clear thinking people there. Another case in NYC, Joseph Alba, the bodega worker that was acquitted. For these reasons, I am holding on to a bit of hope.
The reason the Rittenhouse trial does NOT give me much hope for Penny is the people he shot were white and one of the people he shot (Grosskreutz if I recall) admitted on the stand that he pointed the gun at Rittenhouse...
On the merits of the Penny case alone it should be an acquittal (and by the way I don’t think it’s crazy that he got indicted.... but some people need to be reminded that an indictment isn’t a conviction it just means their is evidence that there could have been a crime... (laughing as I recall Daniel Goldman asking a puzzled Matt Taibbi whether he agreed with the indictments for Russian election interference). My gut tells me it will be a hung jury... New York is too left leaning to think an entire jury will acquit but I find it equally hard to believe an entire jury will find him guilty (assuming at least a portion the jury have ridden a subway and can relate to the fear of having someone yelling and screaming at everyone).
which is to say, the rule of law is good for the country and works sometimes.
btw, happy June Teenth everyone! Monday we celebrate the, we thought at the time, last hold-outs who believed that the wrong side won the Civil War, and they should not have to follow the rule of law. I propose a new holiday, for when the neo-con/tea-party/general Redditt/twitter-verse and Trump sycophant malcontents come to the same belated eventuality. thanks very much.
His lawyer should point out that he cannot get a free trial based on the biases and fears of the jury because everyone expects violence in New York City.. Or, he should only ask for daily subway riders to be in the jury, so that the proper context is set.
I live on the northwest side of Chicago and shortly after George Floyd died from fentanyl and a heart attack I saw an article online about a group of people on the south side preparing to go downtown to protest his death. A young black woman addressing this group said that every morning when she wakes up she wonders if this will be the day she dies.
Was she talking about being shot by a black gangbanger who routinely shoot other blacks? Obviously not. She was talking about being shot by a white cop who, according to the left, routinely shoot blacks all over the country simply for being black. Many now talk about the need for more police but no one wants to be a cop in cities like Chicago anymore due to the extreme danger they now face after being demonized as racist murderers by the left. And now after Memphis even black cops are condemned as anti-black racist terrorists. So now we have a totally unworkable society. This does not bode well for our future.
Poor guy. Of course he did the right thing. He acted to protect others. Apparently you can’t do that anymore. Every person for him or herself and you just have to watch your neighbor get clubbed to death because God forbid you should try to help.
The courts may be the last hope to keep America from total destruction, but no matter what the verdict the left will spin it to uphold their narrative.
A verdict of "guilty" proves that it was just another act of white supremacy. "We were right!"
A verdict of "not guilty" proves that there is systemic racism that must be rooted out. "We were right!"
This is the way it goes when you're up against totalitarian fanatics.
Although there are few signs of hope these days, here’s one.
Ben Shapiro tweeted, ‘Court Rules White Starbucks Manager Was Fired Because Of Her Race, Awards Her $25M.’
This crazy system of justice-based-on-skin-color is showing cracks.
Although local govt officials, the MSM, big tech, the Intelligence community, the Dem party, the Censorship Industrial Complex and the woke mob all believe in this crock, a lot of people don’t.
Stand up and speak truth to power.
By silencing dissenting voices, the left is attempting to make you feel alone by thinking differently. Psychologically, there was the Asche conformity test which demonstrates the extent of peer pressure--and gaslighting. In a classroom setting a bunch of people said a line that was clearly shorter was longer. Being a minority of one made the subject extremely uncomfortable and many did not speak the plain truth before their eyes. Others would, but with little confidence.
I live in lower Manhattan and take the subway all the time. I still do. I have jury duty in a week. I can’t wait to get my chance!
Daniel Penny is not a cop. So if they feel that they will just have to live with a little tantrum throwing (meaning people blocking the subways from leaving), they might free him. If they actually think these loons will burn the town, they will be more likely to convict him. On the other hand, most of the jurors will have experienced the subway and it only takes one to hang a jury. *shrug* I don't know how this turns out, though I know I feel sorry for him.
This is not about race, the men who stepped in to help Penny were NOT white! The majority of the witnesses on the subway car were black and all stepped forward to defend his actions! It’s very sad that NYC allows a career criminal roam the streets to assault innocent victims...yet arrest an upstanding citizen who defended others! You know what’s coming next...some shyster lawyer will step in to sue the city for multimillions on behalf of his remaining family members (also w/criminal records) just like the george floyd case! I will never visit NYC again...it’s a cesspool hellhole!
I used to go to Broadway often but now I don’t even go into Philly (which I lived and worked in for years) which is less than 10 miles away because it’s completely lawless and whites are a major target. Blacks are most of the assault victims and blacks commit the overwhelming numbers of violent crimes, whites are less likely to be the victims but that’s mostly because the whites have abandoned the city when possible. The ones still there are too poor to leave or in expensive secluded lefty neighborhoods.
I’m retired but I had a Hispanic (from Peru) friend at work in Chicago who used to drive for Uber/Lyft on weekends and would also pick up people who would flag him down on the street to go somewhere. He once told me he would not go to the south side at night. I asked him what he tells blacks who want to be taken to the south side at night. He said he just tells them that he was almost killed twice on the south side so he would only go there during the day and then only to a main street, never to a side street. He said the south side is a whole different world which it certainly is.
Everyone I know, and that includes many immigrants from all over the world, avoids the black areas on the south and west side of the city. There is a sense of danger and impending doom in those areas that people instinctively feel that tells them to stay away. Almost like they’re haunted by evil spirits. Plus the guys hanging out on the corners and the stores that are like mini-fortresses to protect the owners also certainly convey the message to not linger there. Many blacks talk of “racist disinvestment” but it’s not racism that causes these areas to be avoided.
Excellent article from 2 years ago by Bret Weinstein about the Derek Chauvin verdict in the death of George Floyd. Our situation seems hopeless but then we live in the internet age with our own superb media plus we have superbly high quality people on our side like Elon, Vivek, Tulsi and Tucker who are not at all afraid to speak the truth so the tide can turn very quickly. It’s always darkest just before dawn. Soon the sun will shine and all will be well with the world. Hope springs eternal.
“And so the conviction of Derek Chauvin sets a disturbing precedent. Today, when people are angry enough to demand something — when they are willing to march and burn and disrupt and intimidate — their understanding of events becomes gospel, and a trial is just one more tool at their disposal. The right to a fair trial is suddenly turned into a mere privilege — something that is only guaranteed so long as the mob isn’t against you.”
"Our situation seems hopeless but then we live in the internet age with our own superb media plus we have superbly high quality people on our side like Elon, Vivek, Tulsi and Tucker who are not at all afraid to speak the truth..."
Our new media are indeed wonderful, as are all of the courageous leaders you named. I also admire you, and all the other intelligent, clear-thinking, morally upright people on Substack. I feel proud of our new communities.
Judges, lawyers, and law schools have become increasingly far left, according to those who are familiar with them. The American Bar Association has increasingly pushed law schools to teach woke bias and race focused education. Law students must attend accredited schools, and the ABA is the only federally recognized law school accreditor. It will become more and more difficult to have a fair trial when the entire profession is slanted.
Plus Sleepy Joe is appointing as many Woke “social justice” judges to the federal judiciary as he can. They are doing everything they can to destroy this country. Who could have ever imagined having a president and a ruling class so totally committed to destroying America?
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.”
I submit that Daniel Penny was acting for those on the subway that could not act for themselves, and that God is now challenging us to “speak up” (ie act) to defend the rights of the poor and needy (ie Daniel Penny).
The self-proclaimed elite will soon have the ‘peasants’ circling at the base of their ivory tower demanding real justice. Even the ‘help’ will refuse to serve them at some point, so they’ll have to come down and face us. 😎
Mayhem will occur if "space" is given to the people who want to commit it. Mass arrests that are quick and thorough will deter those who would riot for any reason.
"I've got a little list, (of those) who never shall be missed," goes the old G&S wisdom. Too cold for general use, but might just be a good fit in this instance.
It’s even worse because it sends a message to other Good Samaritans (especially straight white males) that they will be prosecuted and condemned for trying to help. White guys have had enough and starting to just let the innocent get maimed and killed.
Video of a beautiful Leopard on her journey home to a beautiful woman who welcomes her friend back home. Our fallen world is full of evil but also has many beautiful things to be grateful for. A strange combination of evil and beauty but it is our world. Beauty brings us closer to Goodness and Truth which makes us better people.
“Freedom and God are objects of faith, not of knowledge; in other words, freedom and God are infinite abysses whose bottoms cannot be sounded by knowledge.”
Simone Weil. 1909-1943
“It is because it can be loved by us, it is because it is beautiful, that the universe is a country. It is our only country here below. Let us love the country of here below. It is real; it offers resistance to love. It is this country that God has given us to love. He has willed that it should be difficult yet possible to love it.” Simone Weil. (1909-1943)
My father was Irish Catholic, my mother German/Swedish Lutheran. I was raised Lutheran. I don’t have a particular religion but I do like it and find it fascinating since it helps us understand the nature of reality. Here’s some books I think you’d like. The one about Satan is really superb. I read it a long time ago and I’m almost done reading it again now.
“The Devil, Satan, Lucifer, Mephistopheles- -throughout history the prince of darkness, the Western world's most powerful symbol of evil, has taken many names and shapes. Jeffrey Burton Russell here chronicles the remarkable story of the devil from antiquity to the present. In recounting how past generations have personified wicked-ness, he deepens our understanding of the ways in which people have dealt with the enduring problem of radical evil.”
“The Prince of Darkness.”
Radical Evil and the Power of Good in History.

Here’s a passage below from a book by John Gray you might like called “The Silence Of Animals: On Progress And Other Modern Myths.” Gray is one of my favorites on human nature. I used to be an atheist but this is much better. The “nothingness” here is not the nothingness of atheism but the “Absolute Nothingness” of mystics such as Meister Eckhart and Simone Weil. Gray says as humans we live by our stories. I agree.
“Like the golden bird singing in the palm in Steven’s poem ‘Of Mere Being’, they come: at the end of the mind, Beyond the last thought…The bird sings. Its feathers shine.”
“The mere being of which Stevens speaks is the pure emptiness to which our fictions may sometimes point. Emerging in ways beyond understanding, our most important fictions are a kind of fate; but not a fate that is the same for everybody. No fiction could be supreme for everyone or even a single person, for ever. The supreme fiction is not the one idea worth having, for there can be no such idea.”
“Admitting that our lives are shaped by fictions may give a kind of freedom - possibly the only kind that human beings can attain. Accepting that the world is without meaning, we are liberated from confinement in the meaning we have made. Knowing there is nothing of substance in our world may seem to rob that world of value. But this nothingness may be our most precious possession, since it opens to us the world that exists beyond ourselves.”
I think it’s absolutely fair to have a trail in all these circumstances as just to be watching the video of Penny regardless of the outcome of the trail, who is this man to so calmly explain what happened. I took note of what the perpetrator said that he was willing to kill and serve the rest of his life in jail. And in that I think is why these people who were not even on the scene empathize with the perpetrator regardless of the outright fear he engendered in his observed insanity. This black man gave away the game of why the death penalty is so chastised. This man was so desperate to have a refuge for the rest of his life, he was willing to kill to be incarcerated for the rest of his life because in New York there is no death penalty because it is deemed inhumane. He figured out a way to get food shelter and complete empathy by killing someone. Mark that in your soul. New York has set it up to engender a valid reason to kill someone to obtain a home for the rest of your life, granted in a jail, but that’s sure as hell of enough nicer than the street. It’s way more comfy with steel bars and concrete floors then the wild hell of New York streets. And so let’s get back to Penny and his alleged racism. Shouldn’t Penny have known this black man is only doing what it takes to survive, granted it would robbing the life of someone else to do it, but this black man was only trying to survive, doesn’t Penny see that? Penny heard the man’s stated intention and chose the innocent life that would have been sacrificed for the survival of a black man. This is why the death penalty for murder is so inhumane because it would kill poor black men such as this who are only desperate for survival. Everything we have worked for our whole lives in eliminating the inhumanity of the death penalty is as stake because we want to help the desperate black man survive.
So, it is absolutely fair and just to have this trail. Penny who so calmly stated his intention to defend and protect the innocent life that would have been sacrificed for the basic survival of a black man should be judged on the premise that the black man was only trying to survive within the confines of the law in all its humanity. Haven’t black men suffered enough. Shouldn’t innocent life be sacrificed as reparation for the black man. Penny does not think this so. Penny used his sworn duty as a marine to arbitrarily choose the innocent life over the desperation of a black man. And in that yes it is completely fair that whatever the jury decides that is the decision of the society in which it occurred.
In a fair and just society, the death penalty would be a valid option to protect innocent life from the desperate survival of others. And it would be enacted by a democratic society who has agency over any law it deems permissible regardless of which race it affects more. This would then relieve men such as Penny to not feel compelled to employ their sworn duty as marines. The society would be just in its elimination of these loopholes.
What do I think considering all the laws on the books in New York considering in Georgia we have a more just society? Penny was absolutely right if not instantly valid in trying to protect his life and other innocent life from being sacrificed for the survival of a black man. Those involved who weren’t even on the scene are the racist ones as they gave away the game in why they eliminated the just death penalty from their society. They favored the black, so much so it creates an unequal weight against innocent life, and that should scare the residents of an unjust New York and it rightly does. The outcome of this trial regardless of what it decides should be the campaign to reinstate the death penalty in New York to better protect innocent life. Have fun New York...do the right thing.
Not a chance. Its insane to me that anyone doesn't see this, how is anyone ok with this. Are they just scared to silence or do they only watch mainstream sources and swallow their lies?
Probably so. I don't get it. I'm not afraid to speak out but the question is where and when to make an impact. Doesn't seem like it would accomplish much to argue with someone at work over this stuff. I get not wanting to risk your job. But just make note of what's happening and tune out from the people acting ridiculous and vote accordingly.
Our enemy wants us to hate each other. Breaking us apart will weaken us and we would be easier to control. Stay compassionate, be forgiving and most importantly ban together.
An excellent interview below of the Harvard law professor Amy Chua being interviewed by Coleman Hughes. In the first part of the video they talk of how we bungled our involvement in Afghanistan by not understanding the importance of tribal ethnic identity there and actively supporting the minority ethnicities against the Taliban which are Pashtun and the majority ethnic group in Afghanistan. At about the 8 min point in the video Coleman Hughes says it would be like a foreign country taking over America and then siding with the minority blacks against the majority whites.
That is what happened except it wasn’t a foreign country that did it. It was our own upper class, guilt-ridden, race-obsessed, Woke white leftists who not only side with blacks against whites but endlessly celebrate “Blackness” and demonize “Whiteness” to make it synonymous with evil and justify discrimination and worse against white people. The Woke white left are evil and insane. And that is not just some hyperbole and rhetorical flourish. It is the unfortunate reality of our ever more dire situation.
“Coleman Hughes on Chaos Abroad, Nonsense At Home with Amy Chua.”
That Penny was indicted proves we live in an upside down world. It was a dark day for NYC when a hero, who stood up to protect women and children and risked his own life, is called a criminal. NBC described the “victim» as a desperate man crying because he was homeless and therefore, wanted to go to prison. Openly changing facts, absolutely not mentioning his threats or his violent behavior. If Penny is convicted, how can we expect any young man to ever again stand up to protect innocent, those who are in need of help or are in fear for their lives? What is happening in NYC defies logic and common sense a society must follow in order to survive. It is self destructive.
It’s even worse because it sends a message to other Good Samaritans (especially straight white males) that they will be prosecuted and condemned for trying to help. White guys have had enough and starting to just let the innocent get maimed and killed.
In the video Sasha posted here Mayor Adams says we need to do more to help the primarily black, homeless, mentally ill who attack people on the subway and streets of NYC. Perhaps if our government stopped shoveling money into Ukraine to secure their borders against the Russians while ours are wide open and “migrants” by the millions are pouring in and need to be taken care of, we’d have the money we need to take care of our own problems. Shouldn’t that be obvious to our ruling class or could it be they are intentionally working to destroy the country?
This video shows a 300lb black brutally sucker punching 100lb elderly Asian woman. Do you mean to tell me that if you could shoot him in the act but before he lands his punch on the old lady, nearly killing her, that the shooter would be guilty? https://abc7ny.com/chinatown-asian-woman-attacked-punch-punched/10727941/
I have no idea. My point is that a person has a reasonable right to defend themselves from danger that could likely harm them; and that Penny had a reasonable reason to believe he was in danger even after he had the criminal in a headlock because plenty of criminals can break a headlock and pulls knife or gun in a subway. In HS I was attacked in a North Philly subway; was no fun and I wish Daniel Penny had been there.
“Marine are trained to kill everyone in sight not in US military uniform.”
You’re totally out of your mind. I spent 4 years in the Marines and never heard that plus it’s obviously just nuts and you wouldn’t need experience in the Marines to know it couldn’t possibly be true. Only a Woke white leftist could be as deranged as you are. Tulsi says democrats are anti-white, anti-woman, anti-American and just flat out insane. Tulsi is great. I’d like to see Vivek Ramaswamy as president and Tulsi as vp. What a team they’d make.
“The Democratic Party’s Rejection of Truth.” (2 min)
Did you know that Vivek Ramaswamy has said that he would eliminate the queer ban in the military? He was born to two Indians, so he doesn't qualify to be president because he isn't a natural born citizen as the SCOTUS's multiple findings define it.
That’s a lie and a moronic statement to say Marines are trained to kill everyone not in a US military uniform. Are you insane? I served in the military and four of my brothers are veterans also. One is a Marine. Seva who posts here is a Marine (once a Marine always a Marine). Sam, Raleigh, Matt and others here are vets also. Your statement is an insult to us and the very people that protect you.
Treason is defined in the Constitution at Article 3, Section 3, as consisting "only in levying War against (the United States), or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."
All members of the American military take an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; (and to) bear true faith and allegiance to the same."
When the military is committed to foreign actions without a declaration of war by Congress, as required by Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 11 of the Constitution, that is a violation of the Constitution, arguably the action of domestic enemies.
When a member of the military participates in an unconstitutional foreign military deployment, s/he violates both the Constitution and his/her oath to "support and defend" it, giving "aid and comfort" to it's "domestic enemies," committing treason by the definition given by the Constitution.
The democrats are fighting a two front war: Internally they’re turning America’s War Machine on Trump and supporters. Externally on Putin and Russia. They want Putin dead, the Russian people ground into the dirt and their LGBTQIA+ Pride flag of their Woke faith to fly over the ruins of the Kremlin. They want to do to Putin and Russia what they did to Gaddafi and Libya. When Gaddafi was captured by rebels in Libya I read they sodomized him with a bayonet. Here’s a video clip where Hillary is asked about what happened to Gaddafi. She said “We came, we saw, he died.” and then laughed. I’m sure Putin and the Russian people know about things like this. They have very good reason to totally distrust our globalist, Woke ruling class. Comment on the video is also quite interesting and damning.
Clinton on Qaddafi: We came, we saw, he died. (12 sec)
“She forgot to add: "He died and we stole 150 tons of gold from the Libyan people!" Libya had accumulated this tonnage to launch a gold backed Pan-African currency. I'd think twice about going to New York if he is convicted. I wouldn't be able to protect myself.
25 years ago I used to love visiting NYC. Now, you couldn't pay me to set foot. The voters get the government they voted for and deserve.
And they still get to blame their self-imposed Third Word conditions on colonialism and that Bad Orange Man.
Same. I don't even go to Murderapolis MN anymore. For anything; why put myself at the hands of others?
A once beautiful city.

And the dead dude’s brother who cried bloody murder was arrested the following week for pick pocketing - his 75th arrest. These people are just filth.
And his parents wanting money from his death, but sure didn’t help their son when homeless and assaulting people. Using son’s death for greed.
As the anti-semetic ,hate-filled Somali refugee, US Rep Ilhan Omar spewed, “It’s all about the Benjamin’s”. Greed and mental illness is pervasive.
There are still people who believe he was guilty. In fact, the parents of one of the men who was trying to kill him are suing him in civil court.
Gravy trains are attractive.
Alba wasn't acquitted. After public outrage the charges were dropped.
If he is found guilty: I for one am interested in seeing New York end up just like John Carpenter envisioned.
They voted for it. They encouraged it. They asked for it.
Time for Daniel Penny's lawyers to get Snake Plissken on the line...
I'd watch this movie.
Can there be a fair trial in the era of BLM? Can there be justice when the threat of riots and arson hang over the jury's head?
It depends on the jury and how they feel.

The "Long march through the institutions" continues.

Amen! Romans 2:6 Be well and enjoy your day! ✝️🌹🇺🇸
Look at who NYers vote for and that should answer the question about getting a fair trial.
"I've got a little list, (of those) who never shall be missed," goes the old G&S wisdom. Too cold for general use, but might just be a good fit in this instance.
And perhaps it's needless to say that I'm not talking about Dan Penny.
This is so sad for this young man. His actions saved several lives. Does anyone get that?!
It’s even worse because it sends a message to other Good Samaritans (especially straight white males) that they will be prosecuted and condemned for trying to help. White guys have had enough and starting to just let the innocent get maimed and killed.
Sad but true. The good guy has to stand down to save himself ☹️

In New York City he'll be railroaded by the usual suspects who don't ride the subways because the race hustlers demand it.

New York City has turned into the Circus of Hell 🧛🏻🦹🏿♀️🧛🏼♀️
The fuse continues to burn shorter.
I think I meant to type trial and not trail in this comment many times. Autocorrect? You be the judge.
Not a chance. Its insane to me that anyone doesn't see this, how is anyone ok with this. Are they just scared to silence or do they only watch mainstream sources and swallow their lies?
They’re all of the choices you gave.
Eastern Europeans had learned this lesson a century ago -- it isn't what Leftists do that's the problem, it's that they exist.

Easy one. No.
His problem is that he began the battery on the victim before the victim could commit one on anyone else, precluding a self-defense defense.
This was admitted to a court trial as evidence?
I have no idea. My point is that a person has a reasonable right to defend themselves from danger that could likely harm them; and that Penny had a reasonable reason to believe he was in danger even after he had the criminal in a headlock because plenty of criminals can break a headlock and pulls knife or gun in a subway. In HS I was attacked in a North Philly subway; was no fun and I wish Daniel Penny had been there.
Marine are trained to kill everyone in sight not in US military uniform.
Penny wasn't in danger or everyone in the train would be dead.
