What a terrific post, Sasha! Thank you. As I sit here on the eve of the inauguration I take satisfaction in the death of the Old Media over the past 8 years. So much of the vitriol against Trump and his supporters has been ginned up by the MSM and now they are discredited, evidence by Nov 5th.
This line made me laugh out loud, good stuff!

I am finding a lot of professional conservatives don’t seem to understand what has happened. It’s my opinion but I will bounce it off you folks.
Lots of people talking about how well behaved the left has been. They are nervous because of the eerie calm that has set in. They are right to be concerned but if something were to happen it would have little to do with left wing agitators. We are at risk from an attack perpetrated by our own government/Intel/MIC operatives at this moment.
The Left has burned out. DT fought a war of attrition with them. He won! I began to notice when DT went to Detroit for a rally. The lightbulb went off and I thought to myself wth is he doing there? That place would have been pandemonium in 16 & 20.
By 24 they had no gas left in the tank. Lol it’s rather remarkable when you ponder it. But there’s something else. I am going to Wade into the racial weeds here because it’s a good theory. In JBs term The left traded their most reliable and effective shock troops over the last several decades.
I am talking about The American Black Community of course. Every year the media would condition the loyal democrats to push further and further. Really got ramped up and organized under the Obama terms. The left stupidly sold them down the River for illegal migrants. Imagine supporting Ds your whole life only to learn they are dumping people from other nations into your neighborhood and giving them housing and money. Many times that is far more money than you see.
That would tend to piss you off. Suddenly DT doesn’t look so bad when he says build a wall. Lol takes on a whole new meaning. This thought occurred to me about 6 months ago. At first I chuckled a bit. Make a deal with the Devil and it usually backfires. But then I started to feel sad because the Dems were doing the same thing to Blacks that they were doing to Whites and we had all better get our asses together and pushback. And that’s what happened.
This kind of goes with my comment. I think they will kind of fight a guerrilla war for a while, as they 'get some new fuel in that tank'.... But--the left's approach has gone through many, many iterations over the decades. Read some of the stuff that came out of the Frankfurt School and Critical Theory between the two World Wars. The left are like shape-shifters and canards--they are inherently devious....
Sasha, I never considered myself "MAGA," though I also never voted for the Democrat. Having said that, your paean to MAGA ascendant is eloquent.
Isn't it remarkable that those who talk of Trump as being the advocate of hate show hatred in every thought, word, and gesture they express towards those who disagree with them? Just look at the twisted face of the blonde harridan in your second video. And consider the punk cowards that rove in gangs and sucker punch people they outnumber. Who are the brown shirts? One minor correction: it was James Bennet and not Bari Weiss who published Tom Cotton and took the heat. (Weiss is a friend of Bennet and supported him, but Bennet was the OpEd Editor who made the call.)

But MAGA’s success would not have happened but for a significant number of people like you who were brave enough to intellectually challenge themselves to see the truth and then tell others. YOU were abused by the Left and didn’t even know it for a long time! So congratulations to you too - YOU are MAGA!

I share your belief that this doesn't seem real. After everything they've thrown at Trump he finally has the last laugh. There will be many difficult days to come. The problems facing us seem insurmountable at times but at least we have a chance. This is indeed the time to celebrate. The most implausible, amazing comeback in American political history has become a reality. It has been an absolute pleasure to share this story with you Sasha. Thank you!

Sadly, we suffer the same one sided propaganda from our msm like the BBC and the independents, apart from GB News who are suffering daily onslaughts trying to shut them down…
When I speak with friends, they too, for the most part, think orange man bad when in fact, they most likely have never taken the time to actually listen to and watch his supporters….and his common sense ideas.
I sincerely hope he stays safe as two failed attempts on his life doesn’t mean there won’t be more.
Sasha, your understanding of the MAGA journey has helped clarify my reasons for never wavering in my support of President Trump. I felt our country slipping away as we embarked on the new millennium. There wasn’t much to be happy about as the “woke mind virus” attacked even our most respected institutions. Fast forward to Meliana & DJT riding down the golden escalator. A flicker of hope was rekindled inside me. I love underdogs & was all in on Donald Trump’s messaging. Really, this man rebuilt the NYC skyline, how could I not give him a chance? He was a bit rough around the edges but unafraid. I also think what sold me is that he wasn’t a politician. His business acumen is superb. He has failed but kept getting back up & became stronger. Battle tested & determine, his core belief that America was & is worth saving resonated. The path less traveled has illuminated the light at the end of the tunnel. I am grateful Donald Trump chose to walk that path. Finally, I feel like I can take a deep breath again. May God bless the USA‼️🇺🇸
I’m Canadian ( but Albertan first )and I remember 2016 very well and remember saying to my son and wife, you watch this guy, he could win. I just had this good feeling. Then came Biden and that awful time. Then 2024 and that awful thought it could be rigged again until President Trump said make it too big to rig. I said if any one can do it it would be America. I am so happy for you. I watched the celebrations today and will watch the inauguration tomorrow with gladness in my heart for America. I know President Trump is going to be very hard on us for a while and rightly so I should say. Your success has brought hope for us .We will have to languish in despair for a while longer until we can get Trudeau out of our hair.( what an awful man he is ). Until then Congratulations and best wishes.
