"She is charismatic"

I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. I don't find her charismatic in the least. Her voice is like fingernails on a blackboard and she just oozes insincerity with every word and nervous cackle. A true chameleon who changes her positions as the wind blows (and the donors insist), while exclaiming how her as-yet-undisclosed "values" haven't changed. Her ABC interview last week was sheer torture.

Bill Clinton and Barak Obama were charismatic. Absolute world class bullshitters, those two. And tough acts to follow.

My thoughts EXACTLY… The polls even confirm it! The MORE people see and hear Kamala, the LESS they like her, (much like Hillary in 2016!)… She has a vapidity that simply CANNOT be covered up… Obama was a master of hollow eloquence that would make journalists swoon, even though what Obama said was utterly meaningless…

I saw him speak during the 2008 Wisconsin primary. I think most of us gave him a pass for not being George W. Bush or Hillary Clinton. He filled an auditorium and got lots of applause, but it was almost all anti- Bush applause.

At an Inauguration watch party, I asked my old speech professor what she thought about his address, and she said, "C-minus on delivery because of his choppy cadence. He sounds like Bill Cosby trying to milk a joke."

Expand full comment

That "choppy cadence" is straight out of the MLK fiery black preacher style guide. Every single Black Democrat and Black Leftist agitator follows this to the T, yet you'll notice that few if any Conservative Black politicians do.

Leftism has always been a triumph of style over substance. Feelings over facts. What better way to whip up an emotional response in an audience than a faux impassioned sermon imparting how they are victims of long past injustice and deserving of some entitlement?

She is the Tamil Tiger daughter who grew up in London, befriended American musicians, and upstaged Madonna at the Superbowl. Her song 'Paper Planes' was featured prominently in the film 'Slumdog Millionaire."

The other night, I agreed with about half of Maher's 'new rules editorial' on 'being weird' (he did ultimately if half-assed, offer a defense of RFK, Jr., against his crazy blue team haters, although still calling him 'weird.' Better than nothing but not good enough. I don't want my party to be the party of MeanGirls calling others of a less conformist nature, 'weird.' Also, while he opined how great it was that a vote against Trump would almost certainly end his political life, (as a reason to vote for Kamala), he did not consider the same, even better---she's much younger, could be said for voting against Kamala. Bill is better than MSNBC, but only a little, politically. He hates the non-democratic and surveil-ing things other countries do, but does not care if it is the US. (see, Zuckerberg's admitted election interference, et., al.). Bill knows and he does not care--as long as it helps defeat Trump). and RFK, Jr. is 'weird' for not falling in line to support Kamala.

So...rather than charismatic, or cultural icon, how about: vacuous, chronically insincere, would-be identity politics queen? Ben (from the Bay)

Kamala comes off like a sorority girl drunk off attention --running for president, says a female friend of mine. I contextualize the 'vibe' as a glib, smarmy career politician.

"they look good on paper" is no winning campaign slogan. No small wonder Kamala Harris campaign actively denies the past while promising the future. Like a mediocre physician failing to admit she's created more problems "treating the symptoms" rather than addressing the root cause for the infection. and like California, they’ll just keep promising to fix the problems they’ve created. I have been amused by the incessant flurry of "Harris Wins" polls. This is the Deep State attempting to create a froth of discouragement for MAGA voters. The most accurate poll of the past two decades has been Rasmussen and I don't believe his numbers has shown anything but a Trump win in the past six months. The Drudge headlines have been contrived for months. Drudge has been working overtime attempting to create a tidal wave of Harris sentiment. I have not, and do not, believe it is real. The Vice President's job approval numbers were even weaker than Joe's just four months ago. It defies human nature that she has become an electoral powerhouse in those 120 days.

How can we be certain of this? While nothing is ever 100% certain, the frantic attempt to create negative headlines about the Republican ticket is a leading indicator. The latest example is the AP's headline on Vance: "Vance Says School Shootings Are a Fact of Life" which was then forwarded by the Vice President.

The only way Republicans can lose is by reverting to their characteristic stupidity. Unfortunately, that is always a possibility. The Republicans' Pole Star is Dumb. What they should be saying is that

"Yes, we are going back!

We are going back to gas under two dollars.

Going back to a secure border.

Going back to the day when the American Vice President didn't raise bail for rioters and arsonists

Going back to funding the police

Going back to respecting people of faith

I took the test and came up with a narrow Trump win (6 true, 7 false). I think Sasha (whom I very much respect) was showing a bit of bias. For example, by the letter of the law there is a 3rd party candidacy but realistically there isn't. In every election there are 3rd party candidates but I think the question is more like is there a mass movement Perot or John Anderson candidacy? I think in an honest election Trump wins but I don't see that possibility as very likely. The real question is how far will Democrats go to steal this election? I think they will go as far as it takes to steal it and they will use their control of the media and the Justice Department to make sure it sticks. I wish I was wrong but I see these people no different than the Bolsheviks, Nazis, Maoists, or any other group bent on taking over a state.

Kamala cannot win this election. She can only create the illusion of winning with elaborate tactics of deception and propaganda along with multifaceted election chicanery which is no win at all. It’s an installation. The magicians of the democrat party may have a few more tricks up their sleeve but the show is getting old. Their compulsive lying reeks of desperation. We’re moving on. Since the failed assassination attempt the Trump re-alignment is coming into focus as more disillusioned democrats abandon a failing party (now Alan Dershowitz who I hope will soon endorse Donald Trump) and work for an American renewal. Democrats are very aware of this and are frightened as they should be. I say let them be afraid instead of us because fear leads to failure. There’s an unstoppable movement developing and I’m ignoring polls as nothing at this point is trustworthy.

His liberal friends stabbed him in the back when he dared challenged them on their move from left to far left, woke left, ridiculous, communist, socialist left. He's not the first common sense liberal to leave the deranged party.

Go ahead and make a case for fake tranny male perverts hanging in the teenager girls locker room watching them undress & shower while they jack off. You people are sick.
