I'd probably put 95% into the first 3 and add the homeless into the mix. In California the rules for being homeless are completely ignored. Also California gets about 50% of the nations homeless but about 20% of the money. You'd think there would be some sort of national plan to round these people up, segregate the drug addicts, and put them in designated places rather than allow them to set up tents, pee, and crap on sidewalks. You'd also think the people would realize open borders with a drug cartel run country means more fentanyl in your home country. Along with corruption of your officials. Unfortunately there is no responsible mainstream media in the U.S. It's all tabloid and all are shouting "TRUMP...TRUMP...TRUMP." The sad thing is that it works.
