The “justice” system is not immune to the hysteria of hypocrisy sweeping this country, any more than any of the other institutions that have been infected by these rabid crazies. Billions of dollars have funded this wild psyop and those dollars have bought armies of red guards as well as lots of extreme goodies for compliant servants.

Until recently, I was devoid of any hope that what I thought was the solid foundation of this country world survive. The center simply could not hold.

But lately I’ve seen the tiniest green shoots appearing, like life returning to the forest floor after a devastating fire. Sasha, you’re one of those green shoots - a glimmer of sanity peeking through. I hope you feel the real appreciation many of us have for your clarity and your bravery.

Probably, the Proud Boys intent, in their own eyes, was not to impede the lawful transfer of power, but to impede an unlawful seizure of power.

They believed the election had been stolen. We were all mocked and called terrorists just for asking to have the results verified. The way the Democrats did in 2000. No one called them terrorists as I recall. A reasonable request in both cases if you want people to respect our country's president and electoral process.

More votes than voters. And videos of briefcases stuffed with ballots.

But I agree that is not sufficient proof that Trump won. And since it was not examined as evidence in court it cannot change anything. Especially now.

No court would even entertain the idea that it was manipulated. Therefore no court cases with evidence presented.

Clarence Darrow had grave doubts about the charge of conspiracy. His opinion was that it allowed authorities to prosecute before any criminal act had been committed. Now we have the intersection of sedition (encouraging others to oppose authority) and conspiracy. The charges relate to behavior and communication long before January 6. Many of us here might well be charged with seditious conspiracy for expressing opinions in public opposing the current office holders and encouraging others to think similarly. Given the broad protections afforded political debate under the First Amendment, these charges are probably unsupportable constitutionally but those charged and convicted will likely serve out their terms before a valid appeal can be heard. That's probably the whole idea. A DC jury could be counted on not to nullify as it ordinarily should have.

Agreed. Being stupid is not a crime. What the J6 rioter did was wrong, probably even a crime. But it doesn't pass the laugh test to think that they were trying to overthrow the government. They didn't even have firearms. Instead, some even came wearing body armor with the worry that they would be shot. (Which did actually happen, of course.)

The Capitol Police had a $500M annual budget, and 2,000 officers on the force. They failed at their job. That's why their top cop resigned. Far too little attention has been directed there.

I do blame Trump for getting them in that mess; he knew better. I blame the Capitol Police for letting it happen.

E. Jean Carroll is nuttier than a fruitcake. I remember reading a book she wrote about Hunter Thompson. All she talked about was taking dope and screwing him. Her brain is fried from all that dope. She saw something about how Trump was supposed to be a woman abuser and hallucinated the whole thing.

Yes! Her interview with Anderson Cooper showed how crazy she is. Carroll was saying rape was sexy; Anderson quickly called for a break. When she returned, she acted totally different, as if she had gotten a huge scolding.

It would seem that most people do not understand we are in an actual war (color revolution), it is being fought on many levels, two ‘arms' of choice are psychological and the political, in this case ‘law-fare’. 'WE the People’ are losing because people are ignorant of history, ignorant of God and want the ‘opiates’ of 'government and culture' more than personal and national sovereignty.

This is a big deal for Tucker, Elon Musk, Twitter, and everyone except the MSM. They are done. Toast. In the archives...

That's pretty dubious. Musk still censors, and at a higher rate than Twitter before Musk.

Most recently notable, he permanently banned a regretful Trans for revealing the psychological manipulations that led the trans, the lifelong medical problems, the realization that sex wasn't mutable coming too late etc, after warning the trans to shut up about it.

Then flew to England to tell the Brits what a great Free Speech hero he is, and to suggest the BBC interviewer must like Big Black Cocks.

If you care about who he really is, you should check out 2nd Smartest Guy in the World, here on Substack.

Just today he is talking about the possibility of challenging Musk and Carlson with his own show on Substack Notes.

Suffice it to say there is much evidence that Muskvis a CIA front man and Twitter Files a Damage Control Limited Hangout.

It's a certainty that there is more Twitter Files Musk sits on than released.

No matter what Trump had said or how he behaved in 2020 that they would have just kept counting until he just barely lost. There is no way Joe Biden received 15,367,706 more votes than Obama received in 2012. Not given all the prior vote totals.

Trump, in 2020, exceeded Obama's 2012 result by 8,308,180. Is the excess for Trump real? The total turnout in 2012 was 127 million to 156.5 million in 2020.

Both 2008 at 129 million and 2016 at 129 million total were historic with a black and a woman candidate, but then they're telling us that you throw some hate for one side into the mix and a candidate who did absolutely nothing on the other side and the totals go up by almost 20%?

I don't believe it.

I think Tucker has earned his stripes, and you will not see someone again on MSM for quite a long time who is allowed to speak out against the Ruling Class, as Tucker did. Tucker street cred is high because he took contrarian views to the Uniparty and those views were authentic and rooted in intellectual honesty. His cult as you describe it is me and many on this board, and we will follow him until such time as he shows inauthenticity.

Here’s other anecdotal evidence why Tucker is likely to now thrive outside MSM:

He freely calls himself out when he sees his prior position or viewpoint, as wrong. And on journey to finding Truth, Humility is attractive.

Some examples:

He used to be a Neocon, and Iraq War supporter. Now he’s not and sees Bush/Rumsfeld WMD as lies, driven by our sick perpetual war machine that was probably also at work in JFK’s assassination, Gulf of Tonkin incident and maybe 9/11 too. For sure NATO’s creep right up Russia’s ass (and the CIA helping to install a pro west government there in 2014) has just a wee bit to do with Ukraine war here a decade later. Who else on broadcast network ever touched these kinds of inconvenient truths about our government?

Right before Tucker was fired by Fox, he gave a speech at the Heritage Foundation (his first job, year 1991). In this speech Tucker touched on how wrong and embarrassed he was about having led on his viewers that a Red Wave midterm election result was coming, which clearly did not happen.

In the same speech, Tucker highlighted DOJ felony charges against members of the African People’s Socialist Party and Uhuru Movement (leftist organizations Tucker disagrees with) who were being prosecuted for speaking out against Biden Ukraine position. Tucker pointed out how this was an assault on free speech, and how much he opposed it and how it should alarm all of us, no matter our political leanings.

Here’s the prosecution Tucker highlighted. Nobody in MSM, and I mean nobody, is allowed to talk about this :

https://apnews.com/article/russian-interference-florida-elections-americans-charged-32324ddc67b2f32b0cdab13db6f6acb4

I’m hoping one of Tucker’s very first guest will be Matt Taibbi and 2020 Aspen Roundtable. Get that subject out to more eyes & ears. Then 2nd episode can be Seymour Hersh and his brilliant (and NY Times suppressed) essay on USA clandestine cutting of Russia/Germany Nord Stream energy pipeline.

Tucker can call his show ‘Truth and Reconciliation’ because that is what our country needs, especially after Covid and 2020 election, the results of which are big portion of our country having lost faith in our institutions and basic fairness of the electoral process.

Yes, I'm sure you are. In the E. Jean Carroll case, she had zero evidence. It was all what she said and a couple of friends who claimed she "told" them about it at the time. This case should have never gone to trial. It probably wouldn't have anywhere else. After all, the only reason she was able to bring suit is because New York's leftist legislature passed a screwy law allowing suits passed the statue of limitations. By the way, the jury did NOT find that Trump raped the nutcase. They found that he had defamed her. They threw in something about sexual assault to make it look good. Trump will appeal and it'll be overturned. She won't get a dime.
