So much respect for RFK Jr.! it was a powerful and historic speech.

I love that Bobby and Trump said we don't agree on everything but we do on the existential things. Bobby is a Democrat and supporting Trump. This is a historic day and truly great for America. This is how you unify a nation.

Leukemia is the number one disease killer of children. Make sure the GMO foods are out of their diet. GMO foods have 100 times the glyphosate herbicide they know causes cancer. 100 times! Breakfast cereals are loaded with it. You are bound to get sick if you eat a bowl of poison for breakfast every morning, especially when you're growing and developing. GMO's should be illegal, but for heaven's sake at least label them so people have the choice to avoid them!

Earlier in 2024, Tucker interviewed Calley Means and they spoke a lot about the dangers of Ozempic. During that chat, Calley also mentioned a book he helped write w/ his sister Casey and to be published in spring ‘24. Casey is not only a Stanford Medicine grad, but also went thru residency as an ear, nose and throat doctor at OHSU in Portland, OR. But during this residency, she became disillusioned w/ specialty focused medicine, and subsequently left 6 figure job to follow her ethical heart and now practices ‘whole body’ prevention medicine from her Pearl District office in Portland, OR. Preventative being stuff that humanity practiced as a rule before modernity hit and Big Food, Big Pharma and blue screens that screwed up our natural evolutionary circadian rhythm horribly interrupted our mitochondrial health. I’m really excited therefore to see RFK Jr. highlights Casey Means in his bow out speech. I agree our mental & physical health transcends nearly all cultural issues, and reversing the effects of processed food diet is within each person’s grasp.

The book Casey published in May ‘24 is called ‘Good Energy’ and link to it below. I read this book and it’s radically changed both my diet and my weight. I’ve lost 10 lbs in about 1.5 months by cutting out processed foods and replacing w/ whole foods, including walnuts 2x per day w/ meals which prevents snacking or any food after 8pm. This no eating after 8pm is key, so your body burns visceral fat rather than food in the belly when you sleep! I also now do 2min of cold shower 3x per week. Brrr.. but boy do I feel alive afterwards.

This book has been so positively changed my life that I’ve bought 4 copies so far and handed out to middle age friends on similar health journeys.

Maybe this can help one of my fellow Sasha Stoners too ;) …this book has nothing to do w/ politics and everything to do with our better long-term health. Even adopting a few of the principles Casey recommends can help you feel great!

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/196848596-good-energy

BTW, the biggest rise in childhood disease since onset of ultra processed food diet, thrust on America — is fatty liver disease. And it’s especially impacting our fellow Latino American citizens, as well as other working class or poorer fellow brothers and sisters. These Americans lack the resources to buy healthier foods. Go into a lower income grocery store and you will see canola oil laden foods lining every shelf. Big Food is so similar to Big Pharma in poisoning our bodies, and they prey upon the weakest resourced, among us.

Expand full comment

I’ve said this for years! Big Ag, Big Food, and Big Pharma are all under one of big umbrella of Big Government that makes them rich and all of us sick and customers forever. Washington DC is a corrupt wasteland and we as citizens must take it back.

“This no eating after 8pm is key,”

I recommend closing that window a lot more. People eat too much. You’ll be fine and feel better when you get to your ideal weight and are lean and strong from exercising. Not even necessary to go to a gym. Things like push ups, chin ups and some core exercises are enough. If you keep it simple it’ll be much easier to do it and make it a habit and never miss doing it.

I have read Casey's book, which is an excellent review of our health problems, and provides needed information for those who want to take control of their health. A lot of what she covers is not new, but she brings all the issues together in a way, that is easy to understand and act on.

Add to that the shots, for both mom and baby, and the depopulation machine kicks in high gear.

Sooooo many foods now have the notation on them that they contain “bioengineered” products….and don’t say what that is! Is it the genetically modified wheat? And What other genetically modified food products? Now they are spraying something called “Apeel” on fresh fruits and vegetables. They are also trying to affect the weather by spraying chemicals in our atmosphere!!! Do they even consider the health effects this will have on people and wildlife?

Yes. I think depopulation is their intention. Gates wants to put nRNA in the food supply as well. It's time to source all of your own food.

RFK JR is the most recent canary in the coal mine. The effort to discredit RFK JR is real.

The Party and The State: The Joy Division of Happy Warriors. Emotional blackmail and how to learn to love The State.

When Trump dodged the assassin's bullet and lived to fight back, the Democratic Party had but one option and that was to topple their own leadership model, create a power vacuum, slip Kamala Harris into the slot. (There's a history of Harris obtaining 'power' this way.)

When RFK JR offered an alternative vision early on, and thus proved a viable threat to the Party's reign. The presidency began a legal effort to censor JR at every turn. He had to fight against the DOJ. They continue to shadow ban him via big tech, box him financially by limiting his ability fund raise, then Party affiliates sue to kick off the ballots (still doing so in Blue States like WA-but not 'red'...figures).

But the biggest attack against RFK JR is

1) to call him CRAZY and

2) publicly SHUN HIM.

It's an effort to discredit him. His family shuns him. Ugly, two-faced. From behind a mask of innocence enter in Harris.

Kamala Harris commands a "donor class" of 45+ multi-billionaires from venture capitalist Silicon Valley. The Veep has big tech and MSM working in her favor. The Party bans opposition through companies the way the Party has yet to 'legally' do it with the authority of THE STATE.

THE PARTY threatens dissenters with

1) revoking 'loyalty card' and point system.

2) shun you publicly -- "cancel" you

3) limit your income --fired, banned to "gig culture"

Thus, the Party uses social and financial and emotional blackmail to corral voters into a corner.

"Don't you want to be happy? What's wrong with you? Are you crazy? Why are you acting so weird? Your actions are toxic. Join us, you don't want them to accuse you of being KAREN!!"

RFK JR teaming with Trump is a warning to all that the Democratic Party is disastrous under Harris leadership. We've been warned.

Everything you have described here is a textbook definition of Fascism. It is terrifying that the very political party that frequently describes its opponents as fascist engages in those very practices.....proudly and with no regrets. And few if any of their loyal supporters are even remotely aware.

Stop, just stop. Did you read or listen to his speech? It’s intelligent, articulate, has integrity and is flat out true. Trump and RFK want to tackle Americas problems, while the Dems keep adding to them. “Not Going Back”? Yeah, what that really means is they’re not going back to Constitutional law and are getting ready to usher in a one world government New World Order. That’s what’s at stake and is what this really all is about.

Leslie, the most important thing RFK Jr. said in his bow out is about our poor collective body health, caused by ease of Big Food eating. There is absolutely nothing crazy about this. Cut out both processed and ultra processed foods from your diet and you eliminate canola oil and a shit ton of sugars. God help you if you ignore this advice.

it doesn't matter if he is. You are clearly rattled that he endorsed Trump. I get it. In politics, no one likes suprises. Trump supporters and campaign didn't like the Big Switch, Harris supporters and campaign don't like this alliance. It's OK to admit that you don't like what happened cause you obviously don't. One "crazy" failed candidate endorsed Trump vs 1000+ celebrities and billionaires that endorsed Harris yet you threw a tantrum over that one. Hence coming here to proclaim that he is crazy. So if he is than it's over for Trump and you'll live joyfully ever after. Except that you don't sound joyous.

If you want to be worked up over something that should be Jan Psaki's "Harris has charisma like Hilary Cinton". Ouch. Backchanded diss if there was ever one considering that Harris campaign is trying too hard to position her as next Obama not Clinton, for too obvious reason.

RFK Jr.'s move isn't a surprise to anyone who has been following him and his BFFs the Vaccine Frankenstein and Mr. DigitalID. His "endorsement" of Trump, while simultaneously asking his supporters to still vote for Kennedy, was very genuine - vote Kennedy not Trump!🙄

Trump will let the Progressive gutter rats come into his Administration and do as they please. Kennedy & Shanahan want our kids' health records on blockchain, they'll get their way in Trump’s Administration. Robert Malone will finally have the power he's been wanting 🤢

Expand full comment

who is a progressive gutter rat? maybe me.. cause I liked AOC's speech. I don't think it's fair to say Kennedy and Shanahan would want more big government surveillance than (Kamala's handlers tell her to say). Speaking of that, where was Fauci's speech at the convention? Doesn't the blue team still love him?

Expand full comment

If we're to consider Kennedy's history with the Obama administrations and Shanahan's desire to put our kids on blockchain, I'd say they're about as big government as Democrats now are. It takes more than a speech by the bimbo AOC LOL. Main gutter rats: Kennedy, Malone, Kirsch, Weinstein, FitzGibbons.

They no longer need Fauci - they have RiNOs!!

You, La Gata, are what some might call "controlled opposition." I don't know FitzGibbons, but the others you name are the epitome of integrity: they have all done what they think is right, and willingly risked everything.

so...not a guttersnipe. ? Cause that's who The Clash said the truth was only known by. in that very fast montage, the presumptive first gentlemen was shown holding up 'Give Em Enough Rope,' so ...? He was also standing on the Great Wall, which is the only reference I think I heard to China in the whole convention. The right seems to think if the defensive coach taught there, that alone deserves the nickname 'Tian An Men Tim'. but ...weren't there good freedom-seeking protesters there, too? Even Tank Man, couldn't what happened to him, that is, what DIDN'T happen to him be an inspiration to the LIMITS of authoritarian tyrany, rather than a celebration of it? So, Kennedy is one of your biggest enemies, just dont see how so. and again, if not a so-called progressive (maybe you just don't like the word, but it's a good word, kind of opposite of flat-earther..), then who else in our government going to directly debate and negotiate with the PRC? and what makes AOC a Bimbo, Mr. Archie Bunker?

Expand full comment

like I said, I don't care if he's crazy. we are talking about salt triggered by the endorsement.

Expand full comment

But he's not crazy, he's a conniving Progressive gutter rat. It's not an endorsement, he's told his followers to vote for him.

Leslie suffers from severe TDS, I pity her.

Expand full comment

Agreed about conniving cause he was courting Harris team first and when they shut the door in his face he turned to Trump team. I get that Democrats spent a fortune trying to keep him off ballot yet he still offered his services to their new nominee first. Like any politican, he's an opportuniest and one good speech where he blasts off the party that didn't want him doesn't suddenly make him a hero. But Trump needs as many votes as he can get so this is a normal kind of political alliance.

I guess going against the status quo and standing up for truth despite the personal costs IS kinda crazy, now that I think about it.

But it’s MY kind of crazy and Kennedy’s followers are not getting off this crazy train

RFK Jr. is a very thoughtful politician/advocate. Trump could learn a few things from RFK and vice versa. I’m hopeful this alliance works to achieve several objectives.

Stop the endless wars.

Improve health outcomes- obesity, childhood disease.

Combat the corruption in the alphabet agencies. And I mean all of them.

If they can focus on their aligned interests and not their differences, this could be a catalyst for profound change.

I do have some reservations about RFK’s position on energy independence. I believe that’s one of Trump’s greatest platforms and the key to security and prosperity for EVERYONE.

Feeling cautiously optimistic.
