Thanks for putting this up, Sasha. My wife & I have had this on since before noon.

We wanted to attend, but it's a 10 hour drive.

Still... because of our marvelous present day technology (I'm in my mid-60's; so I can recall B/W tv, daily newspaper delivery, and keeping a dime in my pocket to phone home...) we have a front row seat.

God bless us everyone.

“When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing—when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors—when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you—when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice—you may know that your society is doomed.”

Hell I love that book... did she say that? Boy is that prescient. I guess it was happening then too. Well with all those people out there today that are so smart for both left and right, all Fields I think we'll beat them back down and get the word out. That's the main problem, a lot of people are in the dark.

Rand lived it (or her parents did and her by being their child) fleeing the Russian Bolshevik Revolution for America.

For the Biblically literate, we, (humanity), were forewarned in Biblical prophecy these current events would come to pass centuries before we began seeing them on a daily basis. For those who still believe "we can fix this" through politics, no, we can't; because it's not a temporal battle. It's an on-going spiritual war that began long before any of us existed, coming to its climax in our time - right here on planet earth. We can only choose a "side" to support and work with in that battle. But there is no "fence sitting" now or “do-overs” later. We must each actively choose the side of light and good, of YHVH God; or we default to the other side of darkness and evil and Satan. Therefore, if you haven't actively chosen Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God...then you are in default. For each of us, today, there are no other options; I have made my choice and His name is Jesus (Yeshua); I pray each of you who read this comment will make the correct choice. Eternity is a very long time to regret a wrong choice.”

I was there. For all the lip service the Dems give to "unity", the Trump/Kennedy alliance is about the first meaningful attempt I've seen at actually bringing together those who may disagree on a wide range of issues to unite to defend the founding principles of our country.

The crowd was a little smaller than I expected but I found it moving to be with people from all walks of life standing together in the shadow of the Washington Monument. If you would have told me just a couple years ago that Russell Brand would be leading a MAGA supporting crowd in reciting the Lord's prayer, I would have thought you insane. It brought tears to my eyes.

Russell Brands prayer was amazing, I watched it live & sent it to family since it was so moving, not surprised it was cut off 1/2 way thru. He got on his knees, Jordan Peterson was clearly moved & crying, as was I. Hopefully someone saved the live cut, because people need to see it.

I disagree on that part GOP want their votes and maybe give RFK Jr a puppet role as health in his new administration, but real action GOP won't change besides their new anti-war besides Israeli.

We were there for about 4-5 hrs. I've been fighting some health issues but It's not a big drive for us so we felt it necessary to be present. A lot of people were scared off by the forecast but it ended up being just cloudy day. Taibbi was the best. He might have been nervous but he hit a homerun for sure.

Tulsi was excellent too.

Expand full comment

Yes, I loved Tulsi's speech. Those who don't understand how all-sorts-of-terrible it is to have no borders as a nation, who think that is OK because innocent people are fleeing violence and starvation to work in America for a better life and to reunite with their families, need to hear the migration crisis spoken of with compassion for the migrants.

And they are suffering too, they are being trafficked, the global blob that puppets Biden /Harris is facilitating this.

And, it is not sustainable for Americans for this much migration to be happening. (Not that that's news to anyone here ... )

But without talking about it from a place of compassion for the migrants, those not already on that page, will be turned off by calling them "illegals", and "aliens".

We can say it's childish to get caught up with certain words.

But the victims of the woke mind-virus are the ones not just voting but phone banking, door knocking and postcarding for "Harris", and to them, words matter. As does compassion, which many of them have and don't realize it's being weaponized literally to hell ...

Was an amazing event. So glad I went.

The Startling Metadata Hidden within the Polling: Voters Love Trump

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2024/09/the_startling_metadata_hidden_within_the_polling_voters_love_trump.html

I’ve appended below a chart showing my analysis of the ten-state poll data. Here’s a link to a bigger version of the chart.

https://www.bookwormroom.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/2024-09-27-Bigger-Master-chart-of-poll-results.jpg

Block six asks people whether they’re better off now than they were four years ago, whether their children will be better off than they are, whether they feel safer now than four years ago (which encompasses both crime and threats to America as a whole), who is America’s biggest enemy (both foreign and domestic), and which candidate is best equipped to deal with China, Iran, and Russia.

Here’s where the chart goes red. In every state, voters agree by huge margins that they are not better off, that they feel hopeless about their children, and that the world is less safe than it was four years ago. This is as profound an indictment as you will ever see of the current administration.

...

Voters are hurting, and they know it. They also understand that Biden-Harris policies cause this pain.

Democrats are emotionally invested in hating Trump and loving abortion. Some may be swayed by reminding them repeatedly that abortion is a states’ rights issue, but they won’t get that. Moreover, Kamala has tried to address this reality by announcing her goal to end the filibuster. Voila! Abortion is now a federal election issue again. Few hardcore Democrats, unless they’re Jewish, are going to shift.

However, that red chart shows that Trump must make a play for moderate Democrats and Independents. Again, he will not convince them to vote for him, but he needs to remind them that (a) they’re suffering terribly from Harris-Biden policies and (b) that they know he can make their lives better. That’s a winning message that needs to be shouted from the treetops.

Dr Alan Thompson is an Australian AI researcher who’s being interviewed in this video about this latest model that’s so advanced its limits can’t even be tested since it aces the hardest test questions in pretty much all areas. He says it can think, reason and has increased self-awareness. At about the 39:30 min point in the video he says “This is not just a tool. Artificial Intelligence is so much more. This is literally bringing a new form of intelligence, smarter than humans, to life.” At about the 43 min point the host of the interview says most people are quite unaware of this and he wonders what it would take to get people to wake up. We’ll soon see. Few people are interested in AI but anyone who is would find this fascinating. The best of times. The worst of times. I do hope we win the election but even if we do our society is far too fragmented to function as a country. Only AI is powerful enough to alter our present path which is very rapidly taking us to the abyss. Hope springs eternal. We will soon see what fate has in store for us.

Sadly, it looks like very few people showed up for this rally. When the camera pans to the crowd, it doesn't seem like there's more than 5000 people there, maybe 10,000 at most. The organizers were predicting 100,000. Nobody's chattering about the crowd size on Twitter, and I would think people would be shouting it from the rooftops if the crowd was huge. Any boots on the ground know differently?

Expand full comment

Yes, I can confirm that the crowd was relatively small. I would guess about 5,000 certainly no more than 10k. Perhaps the weather scared some away but although overcast it wasn't raining with temps in the low 70s. I was there with my wife, daughter and 1 year old grandson. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Yeah people meeting in person to discuss how important their lives are as opposed to doing it on social media and hoping the other end is truthful ( which it’s clearly not ). This needs to keep happening in every state. There are some financially sold out individuals in this particular organization, but it’s better then close your eyes and open your mouth your government has it under control. In person is the only way these matters should be discussed, and the only way they should ever be discussed in the future. I pray this continues to grow and grow and grow Amen.
