Drudge, Limbaugh and Fox News all happened within several years of each other and changed the world.
I was fully indoctrinated at Michigan, but was suffering from a lot of cognitive dissonance regarding many issues of the day. Those three entities finally added the perspective I needed to help me relieve the CD I had been dealing with.
Drudge has obviously been compromised by FVEY. He probably slept with someone overseas and now he's the victim of a government extortion racket. The Deep State doesn't want Trump, and they will do anything to stop him.
I’m left scratching my head over Drudge. It was a go to for me until it flipped (and it happened quickly). I still go to Drudge but now it’s like going to HuffPost, I just go to see what the other team is up to and hopefully gain perspective. The old Drudge was a great and exciting resource back when. Now, thankfully, there are other options.
Instead of being Pro-Trump, or anti-Trump, etc., how about just report the news without fear, favor, or bias? And exclude the obviously false/contrived?
Matt Drudge is a putz. He is probably not showing his face because he is so ashamed of what he and his site have become.
Quit reading Drudge a couple of years ago. It is the same tripe as CNN, MSNBC and the now Murdoch News Network, Not Fair, Unbalanced and Very Afraid. There are great sites now, Sasha's, Grenwald's and the excellent Lew Rockwell report.
I pretty much live online as well. More and more young people also do and this will really take off this year when Siri gets updated with AI and is able to carry on a conversation just as easily as a real person. Another reason why this will take off is that life in our cities like Chicago is becoming ever more dangerous. Black wilding, crime and carjacking are city-wide and daily at all hours of the day and night. I live on the northwest side and have a Philipino neighbor who walks his dog at 3:00 am. Perhaps he thought that’s a safer time since few people are out then.
He was telling me last week though that just the day before when he was only a block away with his dog a car coming down the street slowed when they saw him, went to the end of the block and turned around to come back. He said he knew they were coming for him so he quickly went to some bushes by a house with his dog and hid there in the dark and watched them slowly coming down the street looking for him.
Nothing can be done about this since a crackdown on crime would have a “disparate impact” on blacks which would be considered racist and unacceptable. Basically, the price our society paid to integrate blacks was the loss of a civilized society. This then will cause people to stay home and fortify it. I have loaded guns and rifles all over my house plus 14 security cameras outside which have night vision and video playback. I think more and more people nationwide-wide will start to live like this as our social breakdown worsens and online living becomes ever more fascinating and appealing. Better safe than sorry. I also live in Avondale where this 39 year old woman was shot “and critically injured” today.

Maybe he got an offer he couldn't refuse or maybe he isn't even alive anymore, I mean, doesn't he have a family or friends? Has anyone seen him since 2015?
I think Drudge prolly no longer thought the 'political battle' was worth it along with the most certain years of actual threats from very 'powerful' people(think Seth Rich or Phil Haney here...(both 'suicided')).

Speaking of Trump support... "I was a part of a MPLS Trump rally, or the beginning thereof, until the Mayor specifically funneled us down to the rally point via one avenue whereby we were assaulted; it took all of my strength to not fight back after eggs were thrown, we were punched and then spit on. We fell back to the skyways. We were outnumbered at least 100:1.

Drudge no longer owns the site. He sold it in 2019.

The thing that always stood out for me was how ugly Drudge's site was.
Also, if the foto of his house is accurate he was obviously out for money.

He was in the closet which isn't that bad but I'm sure TPTB threatened him with their old standby, child p*rn charges.
