I saw the interview and thought it was compelling in defense of Christians. It seems to me that straight white Christian males in particular are the last acceptable category to cast as villains in movies, press and culture. Even our historical role models will be cast to DEI Hell for the crime of being born the wrong sex, color and sexual orientation. One by one they are being deleted from history and culture. From statues melted to portraits destroyed to history revised, they will disappear quickly as their living counterparts are mocked and ostracized. Even the memory of Jesus Christ will be defamed, banned and eventually forgotten in what was once America. But the scary part is that it’s only two generations away.

I wonder if she'll be in trouble with Daily Wire for going on Tucker.

There is a good article over at The Upheaval where N S Lyons is deconstructing the argument that Christianity is being replaced by neo-Paganism. He argues that the real enemy is soulless materialism. I agree but told him he is ignoring the Islam problem. Whatever you think about Islam, you can't argue that they lack enthusiasm. Since Lyons was at that NatCon conference in Brussels that was temporarily shut down by the Islamic mayor, Emir Kir (not sure whether Emir is a name or a title), I am waiting for his reflections on that.

Over the course of my (politically aware) life, the strength of Christian Nationalism has been, to steal the phrase that Tom Lehrer (History's Greatest American) once employed to describe his fan base, "small, and diminishing". Maybe not really "small", but at least never, even in the beginning, big enough to get its way. The threat to democracy comes from those who claim that Christian Nationalism is a threat to democracy.

There’s a meme that has been around for quite a while where a crudely rendered stick figure *pokes* to instigate. “Come on, do something.” THIS is what they are trying to do. The Spirit of the Age behind all of this hates God, it's the 'march through the institutions'. Your faith better be able to withstand the all wolves and pharisees inside the flock. Many American Evangelicals, sadly, seemed to have skipped what Jesus calls us to in the Sermon on the Mount (Mt.5-7) ...and the fact that we are in the New Covenant.

The Epistles of a John and Jude go into this more deeply. False teachers and people inside the visible church are more dangerous than external people. This has been going on since the Resurrection. Some are antichrists.

Indeed. The enemies of the church are easy to spot from the outside… the issues are those that creep in with lying doctrines that lead many biblically-illiterate astray. The ‘Compromising’ church.

Bingo !

The spirit of the antichrist are false doctrines and theology. It enters initially thru bad seminary teaching. It always starts with the belief that Holy Scriptures do not mean what they say. And then liberal theology comes in denying the Deity of Jesus Christ. Or denying that was Jesus was fully human as well as fully God. From there is it a hop and skip to the heresy that women are qualified to be Ministers, Elders, and Deacons. 1st Timothy and Titus define crystalline clear what the qualifications for office are . No woman is qualified, full stop. And then babies are defined as wads of something and not fully human at conception. And then the entire area of homosexuality which is universally condemned in Scripures and explicitly called abomination. Marraige is perfectly defined in Genesis 2:24-25. There is no other legitimate definition of marraige. The government doesn’t define it, God does, He created marraige.

If I see that women are allowed to be Elders, Deacons, or Ministers of any church, I walk away and refuse to participate. That church does not believe the Holy Scriptures are true. Likewise for any “church” that promotes abortion, fake social justice in progressive terms, or “inclusion”. Homosexuals sin like we all sin. None are qualified for any office in any true Christian church unless and until they repent and leave that lifestyle. Again, 1st Timothy and Titus are crystal clear on qualifications. Romans Chapter 1 explores this more fully, but there are many more versus that develop this further.

There are many churches that hold to Scriptural integrity and purity of doctrine. Search for those. Avoid the fake ones. Sola Scriptura, only Holy Scripture defines Christian doctrine. Everything else flow from this. Human opinions and clever arguments are no match for Scripture.

I tend to agree with you here. God loves women, they are equal in importance before Him… but He calls each differently. Women are, generally speaking, more compassionate and nurturing, but also more easily swayed by emotion. He has placed the burden of authority upon men. I believe women are absolutely called to serve in the church, just in different capacities. The demand to be pastors/priest, elders/bishops is disobedience to God. If we love the Lord, we will serve Him in the manner He calls us. A deaconess is a different category, she serves the laity (visits the sick) and the Rector… she is a ‘help-meet’ in the church, but does not exercise authority.

We are called to love everyone, including our enemies. I think the church would do well to really study the Sermon on the Mount. If we want to reach the homosexual ,the gender confused, the muslim, the jew, the agnostic. etc., they need to know that we see them as having inherent worth… we need to love them.

Yep, women are called to serve each church, but not in leadership roles. They create a vibrant role in hospitality and love that pervades everything. They bring meals and a listening heart to people who are sick and hurting. They bring talent and beauty in decorations and in our musical activities. They lead Ladies Bible studies and serve in the nursery and teach pre K Sunday school for children. The men teach every age above that. Our Senior Pastor teaches the high school children, a very important role in his overall duties.

We should love all people, including those who hate and despise us. At some point, God the Holy Spirit may draw them in and then call us to share our faith and our love more directly. We should be ready for that and willing to show hospitality.

I know individuals who have left the homosexual lifestyle to embrace God’s love and His holiness. These people need our mentorship, love and support. "We fight not against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities…"

As Tucker pushes antisemitic conspiracy theories based upon malicious fallacies. Is there a n insidious anti-Christian sentiment poisoning Western culture? Yes. It also targeting observant Hindus and Sikhs who support Modi.

But NOBODY is being threatened , targeted, vilified, persecuted existentially in this despicable moment in history as are the Jews.. And Tucker, with his current reach across the spectrum has caused the most damage. I’m not a fan of politicians who preach religious doctrine as a show of their “ moral righteousness”. A “ righteous” person’s actions speak for their virtuosity. We have houses of worship, parochial schools, religious organizations, outreach… And Tucker has isolated the only entity in the Middle East that welcomes Christians . Where they can practice freely, have equal rights and are actually achieving more in academia than the Jews-Israel! But for whatever reason/s, Tucker is shilling for Hamas,Hezbollah,Houthis,Al Qaeda , Iran.. the most horrific, oppressive, murderous human rights abusers who’s goal is the conquer of the West. They torture and murder their own. The Jews make up less than 2% of the global population. “ Exterminate” them-, get rid of Israel ( the size of New Jersey, the floodgate opens.

Tucker has very little knowledge of history. Even history that has transpired in the past century. He’s unaware of the Palestinian occupation of Jordan that so destabilized the country, it wound up with the slaughter of 25,000 Palestinians before purging the rest. Or the occupation of Lebanon by Palestinian Islamists. Lebanon was the prize of the region. A Christian majority country with a secular society. Or Itan pre1979 Islamist Revolution. Iran was a beautiful , culturally rich nation. Persian, but very modern. Turkey pre-Erdogan Islamists Nor does he appear to have much knowledge of Biblical text- of God’s edicts. That Jesus was a Jew, lived as a Jew and died as a Jew. And that it will end in Jerusalem where the Messiah will rise, which is a belief shared by Jews and Christians alike. The Jews aren’t massacring Christians. They aren’t bombing churches, perpetrating global terror attacks, beheading priests and pastors… they’re not calling for “ Death To The Christians” , stoning women, throwing gays off rooftops or forcing anybody to convert or be killed. They didn’t travel through the Middle East and Africa hacking up Christians, burning them alive, taking their little girls as sex slaves, destroying historical artifacts, churches slaughtering the Christian, Yazidi, Zoastrian,Kurdish, Druze, Bedouin, and pluralist Muslim population. Crucifixions! When did we last hear of crucifixion? Roman times! 2000years ago! Brought back by ISIS. Meanwhile, Tucker seems bent on bringing back the Inquistion. I’d include the Crusades and the Holocaust, but the Crusades was a conflict with Islam and the Nazis were atheist.

Oh yeah! His object of inspiration.. Candace Owens, is not a Christian. She made that clear just a few years in her own words. But like everything the opportunistic grifter embraces at a moment’s notice, it’s all about attention and relevance. Which Tucker seems to have adopted.

The last straw was his asinine podcast with the Palestinian” Pastor”. The Hamas propagandist. With so many fantastic truly Christian clerics so knowledgable and familiar with the region, Tucker finds the false prophet. Reminds me of the Jews who prop up Soros, Finklestein, Zelenskyy, Blinken,Raskin, Bernie, Kissinger and the like. They can’t possibly be antisemites because they’re Jewish. Yeah.

Who most desperately hopes Israel will destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities and take out the Ayatollah terror regime? The Iranian people,Saudi Arabia, Egypt,Bahrain,UAE, Morocco,Yemen,India, Jordan,Mali,Armenia,

A major Wake Up Call for the Western World is that the "God" of The Old Testament is Not The Creator of All!!! That has been part of The Big Lie we have been sold for centuries!! A correct translation, as Hebrew Scholar, Mauro Biglino points out, the word we read as "God" in Genesis should have been translated "gods". Not that gives a whole different slant on The O.T. stories!! His book is "The Gods of The Bible". Paul A. Wallis expounds on this in his own book, "The Eden Conspiracy"

What would these "ponderous journalists" think "inalienable rights" mean? If rights cannot be separated from a person's being, who do they think forged that relationship. Of course we Christians believe rights come from God. Everyone has them but never does it exempt anyone from being law abiding. For the secular person, read Thoreau.

You're just too stupid to understand, "Jane." Unlike the fanatics on the Left that have choked the life out of all good things that exist in the world, Christians believe in forgiveness. They also believe in judge not lest ye be judged. I'm not even a Christian and I know that. Why not go educate yourself before splooging your stupidity hither and yon.

Some of us Christians do not like Trump at all. We do like many of his actions and policies. Except for his Covid lunacy, much of what he did in his 1st term was very good for common Americans. The other side wants us dead, so there is that. Stop focusing on the man, focus on policies. King Cyrus of Persia was a pagan that allowed Ezra to rebuild the temple. His descendant King Darius continued that support decades later with Nehemiah.
