Something that stuck out to me was the lack of people cooking. Compare the 1970s to 1900s to today the stats are VERY CLEAR. People dont cook or use so much processed foods to speed up the cooking time effectively reducing the cooking to just warming and dont get me started on Door Dash. People complain they have no money NO PHUCKING DUH LOOK AT YOUR SPENDING DOFUS. For the price of a fastfood dinner (I do eat FF but ONLY as a treat) you can make days of food unprocessed. The processed food is one of the biggest reasons why we are so unhealthy and relying on so many drugs to feel and look normal.

My pet peeve is Starbucks. $6 for a 2000 cal sweet beverage every morning. Then people whine that they are broke and can’t lose weight.

We bought Casey's book and just this morning went in for a complete blood panel and will go again in two weeks -- ten vials, yikes!! And I have a very strong aversion to needles ;) Everything they are saying makes so much sense, so I look forward to watching this. It seems there are huge mind shifts happening in the world. Thank God!!!!

Everything I've seen that last few years makes me question everything I've ever learned. Even the small stuff.

Take cooking. We learned some years ago that burning meat on the barbecue was likely carcinogenic, even if not-too-burnt is delicious. What's the response to the fear-mongering? Either cook indoors, which gives us less fresh air, or place a pick-up order, which is much more likely to be filled with real carcinogens. Not to mention the purported "fact" that the meat being cooked is dangerously carcinogenic.

I now start with, everything is a lie. Even the seeming small stuff. Because it probably is.

When will Tucker interview you Sasha? I don’t regularly listen to Tucker interviews, but this was very consequential. I think every American needs to listen.

Expand full comment

Regardless of what you think about Tucker's politics, he is a fantastic interviewer. Not only does he get some of the most interesting people, no topic is off limits. He really lets his guests speak -- and speak their minds -- without trying to upstage them. He often says very, very little.

Now that he's freed from the clutches of the Murdoch clan, his sheer volume of output is startling. I don't see how he has time to do all of this, and yet he does. He uses his celebrity not to blow his own horn (he's often self-deprecating, a rare trait these days) but to give voice to others. All to our great benefit.

Props to Sasha for assisting him in this endeavor.

Interesting. A like minded neighbor at our lake property, just gave me her/their book last week. A lot I already knew, but still good to review. This just adds sauce to the dish. Thank you for the notice...I don't always get out to all the stuff I've got earmarked. This I'm watching now.

The best part about living in Los Angeles is leaving. We survived 17 years, left 6 years ago, and vowed never to set foot ever again. I can only imagine what it looks like today.

There is a better world outside. Trust me.

We didn't go far, just down to San Diego. Away from the madness of LA, but still under the dark cloud of Newsom. Even SD is now beginning to erode under our new Democrat mayor. The previous GOP mayor, Kevin Faulconer, was fantastic and was especially effective in dealing with the homeless problem.

Our future right now is pointing towards Arizona. There is no future for California.

Expand full comment

Sorry to hear about SD, that's a big loss. Strange to think SD would support a Dem after seeing the results in other CA cities and counties.

We're in a quaint suburb of LA, and can kid ourselves it's all great, but there are signs. We can work anywhere, since we work from home, but finding a place like where we live won't be easy. For now, we'll stay vote and get others to vote.

Having started researching health and holistic options over 12 years ago and having spent 10s of thousands of hours doing that research to keep our previous dog alive and help myself, I can tell you this information has been out there for ALL to research and learn. The issue is people REFUSE to ask questions and REFUSE to learn. They actually believe these doctors who are literally killing them are helping them. Even the holistic practitioners are often clueless about so much. I know because I've experienced many. People see a degree especially from an Ivy League and think those individuals know all. Well, they don't and they are doing so much harm is scary.

If you think humans have it bad, the beautiful animals have it worse. Our dogs and cats have been the "guinea pigs" when it comes to vaccines. They have been put on drugs that ARE NOT meant for them (none are but that's a separate issues). The vaccines are causing them to get cancers, autoimmune issues, hormonal issues, etc. etc. etc. It's a cycle.

We've all being harmed dramatically but some of us make changes while the majority refuse. Our beautiful cairn terrier was severely harmed by multiple vets before we learned and before I knew I had to start learning. Even with multiple severe health issues he lived until 17.5 because WE LEARNED and didn't listen to the a-holes both conventional and holistic. Personally, I had been told absolute nonsense by doctors such as PMS is normal. This was from a fat, male doctor who knew so little it was scary. PMS is due to something called copper toxicity (a very big topic and most people actually have this issue both men and women with different symptoms). I went to a gastroenterologist who had no idea was HCL is (it's stomach acid!!!! - something EVERY gastroenterologist should know and I shouldn't have to tell them).

These so called health professionals aren't taught about nutrition. They aren't taught how hormones work. I had a cardiologist tell me that estrogen dominance does not cause heart attacks. IT DOES!!!!! A friend of mine went to see an allergist. Prior to seeing the a-hole doctor, she took a valid mold test and found out she had a mold issue. When she went to see him, he said because he's an ignorant and arrogant fool, that the test wasn't valid. She had all the symptoms!!!!!

These so called professionals don't know anything about how necessary minerals are to the body [without enough or with too much (depending on the situation) you literally will die]. They'll tell someone (I know of that someone) to take calcium or iron NOT understanding how taking too much calcium can do serious harm. And taking iron can deplete your copper. You need copper to absorb iron. If you can't absorb copper properly (another big topic), then you can be anemic. So, you fix the copper problem first. You don't supplement with iron!!!! They got it so backwards that they are causing illnesses. The body is meant to be in balance or close to it and when it's not it gets ill. They'll also push too much zinc which will cause a copper issue because zinc and copper much be in a specific ratio so not to have health issues. Foolishness beyond belief.

Typical bloodwork doesn't give you many answers until it's too late. When liver enzymes are out of range, you're in serious trouble. Don't even get me started on "out of range" because that's also not even correct. The blood must be in homostasis or the body is in danger. So, the body pushes (for lack of a better word) toxic substances out of blood and into tissues all around the body even the hair (that's why hair testing IS VALID - from experience I know it's extremely valid).

So, when you fill the body with toxins from "food", drugs, chemicals, etc. those toxins might take up cell receptors that are meant for hormones, minerals, etc. This is years of accumulation. These a-hole doctors will state that we have organs (liver, kidney, etc) to neutralize these toxins and remove them from the body. Well, even though that is technically true, genetics can and often does cause that to be an issue for many. Also, too many toxins make that hard for the liver and kidneys to do. In addition, that would mean that no one would be sick because most of the illnesses are coming from toxins entering the body and not being removed from the body. These doctors, etc are totally illogical with what they say. Btw: How many people use fluoridated toothpaste? That fluoride takes up the iodine receptors causing thyroid issues and breast issues. Bromide does that too so if you eat brominated non organic bread, beware. You CAN NOT keep pumping the body with toxins and think it's going to be ok.

I know of someone who keeps pumping their body will so many toxins. Well, now that person is weak and is having a very difficult time but that person still keeps taking the drugs the a-hole doctor keeps pushing, eating pure garbage, and smoking. It's a fear of change thing which happens for so many.

If I've been able to find this information, anyone can. It's not just the fault of those pushers, it's the fault of the people who want to be pushed and coddled because they're afraid to see differently. I see it over and over again. I keep trying to educate but unless someone is in a crisis and they want some change, they'll stick with the doctor's protocol even those that have pushed the vax. The people say they know better but they are too afraid to change.

I've now decided it's time for me to charge for my knowledge because I've found that when you offer the info for free as a friend trying to help a friend, very few care to know the information. It's sad that it's come to that.

Best thing is to do a ton of research and if one can stay the h-ll away from those monsters in white coats.

Wow. I've only watched halfway, but these are two super smart people revealing the corruption in our government to new areas and depths. We are pretty much fucked no matter who wins elections. But, most governments collapse around or before 250 years. We had a good run and I hopefully won't be around to see how bad it gets...hopefully it'll take another 50 years or so to hit rock bottom.

Here’s an ad for Ozempic I just saw on Yahoo News near the top of the page. How awful. And who are “qualified patients”? Probably anybody who wants it. I only eat one meal a day so I never have a problem with weight or hunger which I rarely feel during the rest of the day after eating. I remember once talking to a Polish guy at work about weight and asking him why he didn’t simply cut back on eating if he wanted to lose weight. He was easily 50 lbs overweight. He said he gets so hungry he simply can’t control his appetite and his daughter has the same problem.

Considering the amount of damage obesity does I think if we just had even a slightly functional society this would be considered a very serious problem to be dealt with, without drugs. Fat chance of that happening with the people we’ve got in charge. Really a very sad situation in so many ways in our society. So much needless suffering.

Been using Levels for about 18 months. Love Casey!!!!

Trump (or any politician) could dramatically lowers budget deficits (big problem) by embracing the themes here. Medicare and Medicaid wouldn’t be under such pressure.

I'm retiring in two weeks, and my wife (turning 65 in two weeks) and I will both be going on Medicare then. It would be very scary, but we've been taking care of ourselves (neither of us are on any meds - just vitamins), have learned how corrupt the medical system and so much "medicine" is ... in other words, we know it's up to us to take care of ourselves, and use Medicare (doctors, pills, etc.) as little as possible!

They’re great. I’ve been following them for a few years. I became health conscious when pregnant, lactating and feeding my family.

Like most things these days, we need to be our own advocates. The medical system is broken. Currupt. Criminal. As are the fda, epa, et al.

Michelle Shanahan, Bobby Kennedy’s running mate, has a good today. I believe they both truly care about the health of people and the planet.

Thank you, this was worth watching from beginning to end. To supplement: our lack of town and city planning makes us very different from other places in the world that maintain some kind of cluster of commercial and communal spaces to walk to from a home. Our zoning and residential layouts have departed from what is a natural way to get exercise—walk to the store or school or church or park or friend’s to something that puts us in cars or seated in some other way most of the time. Going to the gym once a day isn’t going to undo the fact that we are not burning off the energy we consume in real time.
